Board of Directors
"The Property, business and affairs of the Association shall be governed and managed by a Board of Directors composed of at least three (3) persons, who need not be Members of the Association. Directors shall not receive any salary or other compensation for their services as Directors; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to preclude any Director from serving the Association in some other capacity and receiving compensation therefor." (Article IV Section 1)
