Design Committee

"The Design Committee (DC) shall consist of three (3) members. For ease in management and continuity of Design Committee action, the Association's elected board or President, Vice President and Secretary or Treasurer may also be appointed as Design Committee members. It shall be the duties of the Design Committee to consider and act upon such proposed plans submitted to it from time to time, by member or members of the Association, and to adopt and administer Design Committee rules laid out in the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)." Lot owners are invited to discuss the CC&Rs and propose future changes in the CC&R forum.
